We provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Services: If the service has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, a client is eligible for a refund. We will review such cases to verify the delay.
  • Technical Issues: If there are technical issues on our end that prevent the service from being rendered, and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable period, a refund may be issued.
  • Duplicate Payment: In the case of accidental duplicate payments, a full refund of the duplicated amount will be processed.

3. Refund Requests 

 

Refund requests should be made by contacting our support team via https://arthashri.com/contact. The request must include:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Transaction ID/Order ID
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Refund Policy for Different Services

  • Digital Marketing Services: We offer refunds only if the service has not yet started. Once a campaign is live or a digital marketing project is underway, no refunds will be issued. We ensure clients are informed of project timelines and deliverables before initiating the service.
  • Subscription-Based SaaS Tools: Refunds for SaaS tools are available only within the first 7 days of the subscription if the customer is unsatisfied or encounters significant technical issues. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be entertained, but customers can cancel their subscription to prevent future charges.
  • Customized Services: For custom services (like website development or bespoke digital solutions), no refunds will be provided once the project commences, as significant resources are allocated upfront. In special cases, partial refunds may be considered if agreed upon by both parties.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after service initiation
  • Services deemed as successfully delivered by our standards and agreed scope of work
  • Downtime or service issues caused by third-party providers or external factors outside of Arthashri Onpoint Digital’s control
  • Promotional offers, discounts, or special services provided as one-time deals

6. Refund Processing Time 

 

If a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used by the client.

 

7. Cancellation Policy 

 

Clients may cancel their subscription or service at any time. However, any fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
